About Us

The MLBT Girls Lacrosse program was established in 1995. What started as a small Mountain Lakes only program in the early years has since developed to include Boonton Township residents as well as residents from Mountain Lakes. This youth program has produced athletes that have gone on to the high school level to be All County, All State and All American Lacrosse players. Currently there are numerous players who participated in the MLBT youth girls lacrosse program that are playing at the collegiate level.

Our program currently has teams that range from third to eighth grade. We combine grades ¾, grades ⅚ and grades ⅞. We are part of the JGLA and are always looking forward to playing teams both in our conference and outside of it.

The goal of our program is to create an environment in which young women are eager to be students of the game of lacrosse, while also becoming better teammates and better lacrosse players. We hope that the girls in the program develop a sense of “Laker Pride” and always want to compete for the orange and blue.
